It is imperative to the success of our business that our employees and customers return home in the same state they arrived, injury free. Our approach to safety management also encompasses Zero Harm to the natural environments in which we work and operate. CMC have partnered with several organisations to ensure continuous, hassle free employee training and workplace safety is consistently managed to our high standards across all of our sites.
CMC utilise iAuditor as a tool that provides visibility and insights to help raise safety and quality standards across our business. Using this inspection management software, iAuditor lets our team collect consistent data, standardize operations, send reports, identify failed areas and have problems resolved.
CMC integrates EdApp’s mobile-first learning platform for training. With most of our team dispersed across multiple sites. With EdApp and microlearning, we are able to boost engagement and learning outcomes
Rapid enables CMC to customise and manage induction, training and competencies across all of our managed sites and projects. Rapid is utilised by a number of our clients. Site specific inductions are completed before attending these clients.
